Primary cervical non-Hodgkin lymphoma; a narrative review

Gynecological lymphoma is one of the rarest tumor of female organ that need to be kept in mind in case of the approach to a patient with a suspicious presentation for malignancy due to its different management protocol. However, the reported cases of ovarian lymphoma is not limited, our knowledge about the primary cervical lymphoma in regard of diagnosis and treatment is restricted. There are rising number of suggested imaging and pathological criteria that need precise analysis of their benefit in achieving the appropriate outcome. Here we aim to review the most relevant work in the last years about primary cervical non-Hodgkin lymphoma of cervix, the most common type of this rare entity.
