Nanobacteria growth abstract

We have reported a Mont Carlo simulation based on Eden model. The simulation results have fractal shape and have calculated the fractal dimension by box counting method. The simulation results with thecancer tumor images which have fractal shape as well, have been compared. Both simulation Figs. and cancer images have the same fractal dimension equal =1.8 ± 0.1 f D for scales 100< R < 1000. In this way we can categorize cancer tumors in point view of fractal dimension. The simulation has been done for different probability p=0.1 to p=0.9 for 100 × 100 lattice. The fractal dimensions of all simulation results were consistent with the tumor images.
