Production an Anti-fog Fe3+-doped Nano-TiO2 Layer by Spin Coating Method abstract
Fe-doped TiO2 thin films were prepared on soda-lime glass precoated with a layer by spin-coating method from precursor solution containing ferric nitrate followed by calcination at 450 0C for 1 h. It wasfound that TiO2 thin films doped with Fe3+ and the atomic ratio of Ti/Fe were 0.05-2.5% show the greatest photo induced super-hydrophilicity. Theprepared film was stabilized by calcination at 450 °C for 2h. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). For glass substrates a polycrystalline TiO2 structure was verified with X-ray diffraction, which showed typical characteristic anatase reflections
