A robust mathematical model for recursive products in reverse logistics abstract
Today, paying attention to the return product in reverse logistics plays a very important role in minimizing the costs associated with location and transportation. In this paper, a robust model of mixed integer planning in the framework of information technology (IT) for the provision of corporate services is presented, which includes supply centers, production, intermediary companies, collection and destruction. This paper considers the multi-period and multi-product mode in the two-level location-routing problem for IT products. In this model, the demand of intermediary companies is clear and definite from the beginning and is determined based on customer demand and their demands are fully met by manufacturers in each period, so there is no shortage of returns and return products can be Used as a raw material to produce another product. Because they are software products, they have a limited useful life. In this study, homogeneous vehicles with limited capacity have been used to transport products between different levels. The purpose of the model is to minimize the costs associated with location and transportation, minimize recycling and product dumping. The relevant model is analyzed based on the comparison of different scenarios of organizational architecture for software products in IT implementation companies and at the end, a general conclusion is presented
