Abstract:

In this study, the main purpose of which was to identify the fungal flora of bee colonies in the research apiary of Islamic Azad University, Kazerun Branch, in the winter seasons of ۱۳۹۹ and spring and summer of ۱۴۰۰, ۵۰ pieces of adult worker bees were randomly collected from hives using a brush. Became. The samples were sent to themycology laboratory by observing the cold chain and after preparation, they were cultured separately in Sabrodextrose agar culture medium and placed at ۲۵ ° C for up to ۱۰ days after cultivation of samples, fungi and various yeasts. Their contents were identified and recorded. From the samples of both fungal and yeast flora, the following genera were isolated and identified: Yeast sp. Penicillium sp. , Cladosprium sp. , Mucor sp. , Alternaria sp. The results showed that there are relatively large numbers of fungi and yeasts in the bee colonies of the research apiary of the Islamic Azad University, Kazerun Branch, which can be considered as one if the hygiene of the colonies is not observed and care is not taken in the extraction and storage of its products. Among the causes of side effects in bees and reducing the quality of its products, as well as risks in consumers of bee products, of course, the impact of these factors in the occurrence of these problems need further investigation.
