Synthesis of Uio-66 containing the Oxaliplatin for the treatment of cancer abstract

In this study, in order to release oxaliplatin in a controlled manner and increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy, Uio-66 nanocarriers as a new class of porous and crystalline MOFs with high surface-to-volume ratio containing clusters and ligands 1 and 4 of benzene d-carboxylic acid ( BDC) was synthesized and after loading the drug on it, the loading percentage was 29.3% and the encapsulation percentage was 77%
