Abstract:

The world of children is a world of novelties, joys, freshness and surprises. And play is a great support for the formation of personality and proper development of the child physically, mentally.In fact, every aspect of development is intricately linked to other dimensions, and if any aspect of a child's development is neglected or damaged in any way, he or she fails to reach his or her full potential and fails. The child's leisure time is also one of the things that is very effective and influential in the child's development. Because spending leisure time meets a person's inner needs and provides the ground for the growth of his personality dimensions.Muscle growth, height increase, disease reduction, healthy gastrointestinal tract, are among the positive effects of exercise. Creating a safe environment during exercise and with minimal parental intervention is the most important thing that can be done for the child. People who exercise as teenagers are more active and fitter in old age, have better general health, and in older ages can do exercise and compete with the performance of someone with half of their age.Encouraging children and teens to play sports at school is very important. Engaging in any sport, even if they are not completely good and professional, can have many benefits for children and adolescents in the future. The development of the child's body is formed through light motor activities and appropriate games, which is an important factor in the child's sports position. Playing free and symbolic games is one of the goals and promotion of the child's mental powers, and the development of mental powers is formed through sports. However, one of the most important aspects of children's mental powers is motor intelligence, and countless scientists have emphasized the role of physical education and sports in the education of children and adolescents. In this article, we try to address the role of sports as a new phenomenon with different approaches and use it as a suitable tool in the growth and excellence of children and adolescents.
