In today's changing world, having the right goals and perspective and moving in its direction is an important factor for the survival of the organization. For this reason, in recent decades, the issue of strategic management in organizations has grown significantly. In this regard, one of the most important issues, especially for the internal departments of organizations is to help the growth of the organization in achieving the goals of the organization and the main goals. Many variables affect planning in these parts of organizations. There has been a lot of research on the factors of failure or failure of strategic management, most of which have focused primarily on the results of the strategy. Some researchers have also preferred to categorize the factors of success and failure in the form of two stages of strategy formulation and strategy implementation. This article examines the factors of strategy failure and success from different perspectives and points out that even some good strategies fail. In the following, the key factors of success and failure of the strategy in about the components of the model are examined. In addition, we will point out what actions can lead to success and be the focus of strategy failure, given the above factors.
