Significant factors for improving Six-Sigma performance and reducing its wastes in organizations abstract
Six-Sigma is a systematic set of methods combined and merged to improve quality and performance of products and help companies to decrease process changes and their failures. After inducing Six-Sigma methodology, lots of methods can be provided to improve some processes of an organization. One of the considered factors in this paper is determining user expectation in two variable forms: importance of purchase to customers and relative expense. Importance and expense factors can be introduced for each variable. With decreasing the number of interactions and customer importance, it is harder to attract new clients. Investigating of these variables in stages of Six-Sigma will improve stage's performance.Lead Six-Sigma is the combination of Six-Sigma with lead production context. The goal of lead production is waste reduction. The other factor introduced in this paper for lead production is use of undertaker staffs. If a person feels satisfaction and prosperity from his job, his manner will affect staffs and organization and finally increases sale and decreases production expenses. In this paper some methods will be introduced that are useful for creating staff's commitment. Implementing factors that presented in this paper will enhance performance and decrease Six-Sigma wastes in organization's processes.
