Silicon P hotonic Integrated Nano Cavity

Silicon photonic as the platform for the integrated optoelectronic and photonic circuits is the base ofphotonic devices and systems’ design and constructions. In this article, a silicon photonic based nano cavity isintroduced. The ۳D – FDTD simulation results are presented. Silicon photonic circuits are well suited for dualpolarizationoptical coherent transmitters and receivers.
