Comparative Evaluation of different Oxidizing Agents in the decomposition of synthetic Amoxicillin Wastewater

Abstract:
In this research work, the impact of three oxidizing agent including H۲O۲, glucose oxidase, amonium persulfate are studied are for amoxicillin ( ۲۰۰ ml, ۳۰ ppm) degradation. The result show that the optimal H۲O۲ dosage is ۱.۵ ml, for ammonium persulfate, it equals ۵ mg, and GOx , it is ۱۰ mg. Moreover, expriments receal that H۲O۲- based oxidants are more potent than ammonium persulfate.
