بررسی اثر پودر فلاکس های اکسیدی SiO۲، MoO۳ و CuO بر عمق نفوذ، ریزساختار و میکروسختی جوش GTAW فولاد زنگ نزن رسوب سخت مارتنزیتی ۱۷-۴PH abstract

هدف در این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر پودرهای اکسیدی SiO۲، MoO۳ و CuO بر عمق نفوذ، ریزساختار و پروفیل سختی جوش GTAW فولاد زنگ نزن رسوب سخت مارتنزیتی ۱۷-۴PH پرداخته شده است. نمونه هایی با ابعاد ۱۵۰× ۵۰ میلی متر با ضخامت ۵ میلی متر از ورقی از جنس فولاد ۱۷-۴PH توسط پودر های اکسیدی SiO۲، MoO۳ و CuO جوشکاری گردیدند. نتایج حاکی از این بودند که استفاده از پودرهای اکسیدی سبب افزایش عمق نفوذ تا ۵/۱ برابر در جوش این فولاد در مقایسه با حالت معمولی شده اند. همچنین استفاده از پودر SiO۲ اگرچه باعث افزایش ۴۹/۷ میلی متری عمق نفوذ شد، ولی ظاهر جوش مناسبی حاصل نکرد. استفاده از پودر های MoO۳ و CuO نیز باعث افزایش عمق نفوذ تا ۳/۵ میلی متر گردیدند. در جوش با استفاده از پودر MoO۳ آخال در سرتاسر جوش در کناره ها وجود داشت. ریزساختار جوش در نمونه های مختلف تفاوت چشمگیری نداشته و شامل ساختار دندریتی با فریت دلتا به صورت بین دندریتی بود. پروفیل سختی جوش نمونه ها نشان دهنده نزدیکی مقدار سختی نمونه های جوشکاری شده با استفاده از پودر های اکسیدی با فلزپایه بود.
