Quality Management in Iran Past Experience, Attitudes, and Challenges along Its Progress

The purpose of the study is to provide a systematic assessment of the status of quality management movement in Iran and to communicate this national experience. This ‘big picture’ should provide the policy makers and business managers with an insight needed for problem solving and better management of the economy and the corporate sector. Iran’s experience could act as a real case example of quality paradigm application for other countries especially developing.
