Abstract:

The present study was conducted to investigate the difference between traditional education and e-learning and self-actualizing of students of Hengian University of Zahedan with the mediating role of educational justice. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection is also a quantitative and descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of this study was ۴۰۰ second year students of Farhangian University of Zahedan . In this study , simple random sampling was used for all second year students of Farhangian University of Zahedan at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Cochrane formula was used to determine the sample size , of which ۱۹۶ were. In order to collect data in this study, standard questionnaires of traditional education and e-learning, educational justice and self-actualization were used that the reliability of the questionnaire was used. Kronbach's alpha method was ۰.۷۹, ۰.۸۵and ۰.۸۴ , respectively. Based on the results of this study, there was a significant relationship between traditional education and e-learning with educational justice of students of Farhangian University of Zahedan, i.e. proper implementation of education . Electronically provides the necessary grounds for establishing educational justice and balance and equality in providing effective training in all regions. Also, there was a direct and significant relationship between traditional education and e-learning on self-actualizing students of Farhangian University of Zahedan. There was a direct and significant relationship between educational justice and self-actualizing of students of Farhangian University of Zahedan. Finally , we concluded that educational justice plays a mediating role in the impact of traditional education and e-learning on self-actualizing students of Farhangian University of Zahedan .
