Abstract:
The fat mass and obesity-associated(FTO) gene may be associated withbreast cancer risk. This study aimed tosystematically investigate the conductedresearch studies on the associationbetween FTO gene polymorphisms andbreast cancer.we performed an extensive search inPubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, andCochran databases for published originalresearch studies on the association of FTOgene polymorphisms with Breast cancerrisk. Keywords such as breast cancerand/or FTO gene and /or polymorphismwere used in order to identify the relatedarticles. We excluded studies unrelated tothe FTO genotype and the outcome ofbreast cancer.
