A review of the association between Breast cancer and Covid ۱۹

The novel coronavirus COVID-۱۹ or severeacute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-۲(SARS-CoV-۲), has spread rapidlythroughout the world in ۲۰۱۹. COVID-۱۹recruits proteins involved in epigeneticregulation, metabolism, cellular replication,and DNA damage that are also implicated incancer pathogenesis. COVID-۱۹-inducedinflammation may affect tumor cells. Theeffects of COVID-۱۹ on breast cancer arestill unknown.The aim of this review was toinvestigate the association between Breastcancer and Covid ۱۹.In this review conducted in ۲۰۲۲, articlesindexed in Science Direct, Pub Med, SID,BioRxiv, Google Scholar databases wereused. The reviewed articles included ۱۴review and research articles related from۲۰۱۹ to ۲۰۲۲, and the most importantkeywords were Breast Cancer, COVID-۱۹pandemic, COVID-۱۹ and Cancer.
