Abstract:

The importance of the Corona crisis and its implications has affected many areas. One of the most important areas is the human resources as the main assets of organizations. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the challenges of human resources in the post-corona era among small and medium enterprises. The present study is in the field of descriptive studies with an exploratory approach. This study based on conceptual paper and The data collection approach classifies this study in the field of library studies. The studies led to the identification of a total of ۸ articles focusing on human resource challenges in the post-corona period, which were used to identify and analyze the main challenges. The articles have been published since the official outbreak of Corona in early ۲۰۲۰. The findings of this study showed that,do not go back to the old ways, be flexible, Evolution of skills, visualize hiring processes, focus on health, getting real in DEI, Rules and regulations, Recruitment, Changes in company rules, Staff training, Compensation Staff retention, are the most important human resource challenges in the post-Corona era.
