Abstract:

Background and Aim : Aquatic diseases are considered as an obstacle to increasing productionand economic development in many countries. Improper use of drugs, including antibiotics andchemicals in farms, in addition to creating resistance to microorganisms, causes the penetration ofthese toxic and dangerous substances into water and soil and has severely polluted the environmentadjacent to farms. Methods : This study was performed on ۹۸ samples of sick fish with symptoms of disease, from۲۰۱۵ to ۲۰۲۰ in farmed carp. The fish were transferred to the bacteriological laboratory of theAquaculture Research Institute in health conditions Parts of the liver, kidneys, and spleen of thefish were sampled and incubated for ۲۴ hours in Blood agar in a ۳۷ °C incubator. chemical testswere performed. Antibiotic susceptibility to disc diffusion method was performed on MuellerHinton Agar and antibiotic disks including: Chlortetracycline, Clindamycin, Kanamycin,Methicillin, Rifampin, Erythromycin, Nalidixic acid, Oxytetracycline, Gentamicin, Florfenicol,Ciprofloxacin, Enrofloxacin, Amoxicillin,Ampicillin were used. Results : The highest level of antibiotic resistance in pathogen bacteria were against amoxicillin, ampicillin and erythromycin antibiotics (۹۲.۱%) and had the lowest resistance tofluorophenicol)۵.۳%).Conclusion : To prevent bacterial diseases and hygienic management of breeding ponds, it isnecessary to pay attention to the use and use of antibiotics before treatment.
