The Mediating Role of Information Technology Capabilities and Intellectual Capital on the Relationship between Corporate Governance and the Performance of Agah Brokerage Firm

The present study aimed is the mediating role of ITCs and intellectual capital in the relationship between corporate governance and the performance of Agah Brokerage Firm.The statistical population of the study included Agah Brokerage Company branches, and the statistical sample was branches in Tehran. Whole number technique was utilized owing to the small statistical population and was conducted between ۲۰۱۲ and ۲۰۲۰, also the panel data technique was utilized to analyze the data in EViews-۹ software.The findings revealed that corporate governance, intellectual capital, and information technology skills all influenced the performance of Agah brokerage business in a favorable way (۰.۷۷, ۰.۰۲ and ۰.۴۱). Other studies revealed that the connection between corporate governance and brokerage company performance is mediated by intellectual capital and information technology skills (۰.۷ and ۰.۳۸).In conclusion the moderating influence of two components, intellectual capital and information technology skills, should be taken into account.
