Abstract:

Evaluating possibility of reusing wastewater from refinery, by field considering and performance of wastewater in growth and maintenance of urban city space in form of an investigation, and by designing the experiment is held. The study has considered the effect of watering with refined wastewater on vegetative characteristics (including height, number of branches, and …) of both Oleander and Fescue types, with aim of recognizing stable water resources, in order for maximum recycling and pathology of potential using the wastewater of Tehran city in order to implementing human ecology goals of sustainable development. Growth and performance of candidate plants have been considered and compared, under complete treatment from wastewater and well water. For this goal, the study was executed in open air and in form of multi-observational completely random diagrams (CRD) and for three repeats. The results showed that the growth for different organs of plants as a function of treatment conditions, have a meaningful difference. Therefore, we can conclude that using refined wastewater for watering urban green space is possible and leads to better growth of plants.
