Abstract:

In this article, we will study a new system of magnetic machine technology. In this systemtiming valve control, variables are used for magnets instead of hydrolic motors. In this system versus the previous system, cam, camshaft, and many mechanical components are eliminated. In designing this system, a sensor of cyclereading is set on flywheel to use sycle–raeding of flywheel for reading the cycle, and it transfers message to available ICs in the circuit. Then Messages are translated by AVR programing in order to reach the valves at appropriate time for opening and closing the valves. Magnets are used for bringing up and down the valves. While present valves are controlled by a hydrolic motorand cam to control the timming of the valves. The magnets and coils are magnetized by switching the power off and on. There is one magnets with springs for each valves–one for opening and closing the valve. In desining this system, dynamic and magnetic parameters are used frequently. In addition, this design involves many geometrical limits.
