The requirements and competencies required in 85% of cases before the implementation of the plan in both hospitals is very poor and 15% were good and one month after its implementation of 90% good and 10% very good. Also the most important staffing requirements include periodic training, familiarity with the latest changes in the algorithms of plan, lack of novice staff in the plan, and coordination of various hospital departments in clinical and administrative departments.
Conclusion:
Competence of nurses and physicians are one of the most important prerequisites for successful implementation of this national plan. Given the significant benefits of this plan at the individual and national level, the competencies of all staff involved in this plan should be periodically reviewed. In-service training courses are needed to address deficiencies and continuous upgrading personnel capabilities in this project plan.
