Assessment and response to identified risks of port congestion during the Coronavirus abstract
During the spread of the Coronavirus, most of the countries in the world suffered from financial losses, some of these countries have been successful in controlling this phenomenon and the economic pressures caused by it. One of the damaged areas and a factor for further spread is the communication ways of countries such as sea, air, and rail transportation. This paper first quantitatively analyzes the identified risks with the help of triangular distribution and tries to develop the model proposed with the help of risk assessment tools such as the Event Tree Analysis chart and provided methods of responding to the identified risks.
