Abstract:

In today's world, mankind is looking for solutions to reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources, develop the natural environment and natural energies, eliminate or reduce the consumption of pollutants or materials that harm nature in the construction industry. The aim of the current project is to provide solutions to optimize energy consumption in buildings using smart materials and facades in line with the goals of sustainable development. Considering the high consumption of energy and increasing consumption of fossil fuels, the most important approach in buildings is to reduce energy consumption. According to statistics, ۴۰ to ۵۰ percent of energy in our country is consumed in a part of the building, which leads to environmental pollution and destruction. As one of the most basic elements of the building, the facade is the most important interface between the building and its surroundings and can play an effective role in controlling energy consumption, and in addition to creating comfort and security in the building, it also optimizes energy consumption and reduces its waste. Saving time and building maintenance costs will help a lot. Intelligent systems interact with the environment and reduce destruction and damage to the environment. In this article, while describing smart architecture and its place in the facade of buildings, introducing smart materials and examining case examples are discussed in order to be a step towards using these solutions in the facade of buildings and solving the needs of sustainability. The results of the research show the possibility of using new technologies and smart building equipment to optimize energy consumption in buildings as a model for architectural designs in order to reduce energy consumption in the direction of economic development and interaction with the environment. In this article, the library and field method has been chosen to examine the material.
