Abstract:

این مقاله به بررسی موانع اجتماعی توسعه یافتگی در استان ایلام و درک و تفسیر مردمان آن دیار از توسعه می پردازد. با توجه به اینکه روش شناسی عمده ی این تحقیق کیفی بوده؛ از روش مردم نگاری برای عملیات گردآوری داده ها و از نظریه ی زمینه ای برای تحلیل و ارائه ی داده ها استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش، اطلاعات مشاهده ای و اسنادی توسط محقق گردآوری و اطلاعات مصاحبه ای نیز از ۵۶ نفر مشارکت کنندگان ساکن در میدان مطالعه به عمل آمد. برای تعیین افراد مورد مصاحبه، از روش نمونه گیری کیفی هدفمند و برای تعیین تعداد مصاحبه شوندگان از منطق اشباع نظری در نمونه گیری نظری استفاده شد. سپس عملیات تحلیل اطلاعات در سه مرحله ی کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری گزینشی انجام شده و یک مدل زمینه ای برای هر یک از سوال ها ترسیم گردید. در نهایت از ترکیب کلیه ی مقوله ها، مدل نهایی تحقیق استخراج شد. نتایج بررسی نشان می دهد که مهم ترین موانع اجتماعی توسعه یافتگی در این استان بافت غالب ایلی و قبیله ای، میزان پایین سرمایه ی اجتماعی، سستشدن روابط اجتماعی و فقدان نظام شایسته سالاری می باشد.
