Abstract:
Process industrial ECT has many feasible applications in oil industry, food and drug, mineral, silos and other sectors of industry. In this research four discretizing methods evaluated for an online ECT system. An ECT medium discretized by number of ۵۷۶, ۱۰۲۴, ۱۴۴۴ and ۲۰۴۸ elements. Two main parameters; RMSE of constructed images and run-time of algorithm is calculated for each discretizing methods. The construction algorithm for all cases was Gauss-newton algorithm with Tikhonov regularization. According to results, increasing element number, decreases RMSE, while run-time increases experimentally.
