Abstract:

Background and Purpose: Bacterial pathogens do their best to safeguard the immunesystem. Furthermore, defense mechanisms are the body's top priority in the use of nutrientsagainst pathogens, and the immune and humeral systems are superior to any antibody. Aspecific gene shows its own reaction the objective of this study was to study the effect ofdisease-causing bacteria on the immune system.Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in ۲۰۲۱ by researching keywords such asbacteria, pathogenicity and immune system in valid databases such as: pub med and Googlescholar. Finally, ۱۵ items were recovered, ۱۰ of them. Was usedResults: According to literature studies, the results show that biofilms increase the resistanceof bacteria to antibiotics and increase their pathogenicity. Moreover, a study conducted byAustralian researchers found that the toxin secreted by bacteria causes mitochondria andimmune cells to fail. Immune cells start to kill themselves or apoptosis after mitochondriainactivation. In addition, the bacterial toxin does not directly kill immune cells, but activatesdeath factors. Until the cells of the body begin to commit suicide. Moreover, by stimulatingthe immune system with a foreign protein, we can observe the reaction of antibodies to thisprotein. The potency of this antibody is used as an indicator of the ability of the humeralsystem in ecological immunological research, and the response of the immune system willvary based on genetic diversity as well as environmental diversity, which also includes thenutritional factor. Conclusion: According to the findings, it is better to set up a program to reduce the risk thatthe risk factor is not dangerous for us and it is recommended that we continue to do thetreatment process and proper protection to do a good job of this study.
