Abstract:
In a large-scale interconnected power grid, the power flow of the tieline is affected by the power angle of the power grid at both ends, and isprone to large fluctuations. The load adjustment of the transmissionnetwork in units of sections can effectively reduce the risk of systemoperation. In the section power control, in order to achieve the effect oflow carbon emission reduction, a section power optimization controlmethod is proposed, which aims at the generalized power generationcost including the cost of raw materials and the cost of carbon overemission. The optimization model allows generating units to tradecarbon emission rights, preventing a sharp rise in electricity prices andrealizing optimal allocation of resources among different types ofgenerating units. According to the carbon emissions of each unit, anaccess mark is proposed to indicate whether the unit is qualified forsection power control under the emission reduction mechanism. Thebenefit influence factor is proposed to make the unit with bettercomprehensive effect in the section control process have a higherscheduling priority. The section power control calculation is carried outusing the IEEE ۳۹ node system, and the results verify the accuracy andsuperiority of the proposed method.
