Abstract:

Although more emphasis was placed on photonic degradation of organic compounds in aqueous medium using TiO۲ photocatalyst in suspension in past DSSR studies on wastewater treatment, the catalyst was used in decentralized form in simulated experiments, filtration and catalyst separation. TiO۲ strongly adheres to the glass surface, which has been investigated in the degradation of pollutants. Moreover, when used for gas reaction, the decentralized form of catalyst is also a good choice. Since DSSR has many advantages in the photocatalytic behavior of water, although several researches have been carried out, its application in photocatalytic CO۲ reduction is expected to be attractive and promising.This work aims to investigate the performance of gas photocatalytic reaction in DSSR, based on which performance has been improved, including structural design, flow optimization and photocatalytic selection.
