Abstract:
One of the most important steps to control intentional or unintentional epidemics in a country is thecorrect and timely diagnosis of the cause. Many people leave this step entirely to the laboratory staff, while in addition to the laboratory, doctors and other paramedics should also act vigilantly and cooperatein this matter. In other words, what is important in controlling the onset of epidemics is awareness, earlydiagnosis, and the speed of action of all medical staff and laboratories. Therefore, using the successfulexperience of other countries in the field of diagnosis and treatment can help a lot to control an epidemic. In addition, creating a routine table of relevant infectious disease symptoms for doctors and using thelatest methods for microbiology laboratories can be very effective in the discussion of diagnosis andsubsequent control of intentional or unintentional epidemics. Therefore, the purpose of this review is tosearch and comprehensively review recent books and articles in the field of bioterrorism through thesearch formula on reputable sites such as PubMed and Science Direct:((biological attack) OR(bioterrorism)) AND (("۲۰۲۰"[Date - MeSH]: "۲۰۲۲,۱۰,۱۵"[Date - MeSH])) and also on the Civilicawebsite.
