Comparing the Antibacterial Effect Of Ag/AgCl/TiO2, Apataite/Ag/Ag/AgCl/TiO2 And Ag/AgBr/TiO2 Under Visible Light abstract
Ag/AgCl/TiO2 and Apataite/Ag/Ag/AgCl/TiO2 were prepared by the deposition-precipitation method and their photocatalyctic activities were investigated under visible light.Ag/AgCl/TiO2 is the weakest photocatalyst comparing with Ag/AgBr/TiO2 because of instability under the visible light(. XRD pattern shows very weak peak for Ag0 in Ag/AgCl/TiO2 witch confirm the observed results. In addition, XRD pattern shows very weak peak for Ag0 in Apataite/Ag/Ag/AgCl/TiO2, however the existence of Apatite as an adsorbent makes the prepared photocatalyst to have reasonable results with and without visible lights
