Abstract:

The current research was conducted with the aim of educational needs assessment in order to promote entrepreneurial behavior. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of data type. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included academic experts and education managers, who were selected as the sample size using the purposeful sampling method and saturation principle. The second group of the statistical population of this research included all the primary school teachers in the number of ۷۴۰ people, and ۲۵۳ people were selected as the sample size using the multi-stage cluster sampling method and Cochran's formula. In this research, in order to collect data, library method, semi-structured interview (qualitative part) and researcher-made questionnaire (quantitative part) were used. The interview with the experts indicated the validity of the interview, and in order to calculate the reliability, the reliability method between two coders was used, and the results indicated the reliability and validity of the interview. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity were used, and in order to calculate its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability were used, and the results indicated the validity and reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire. Content analysis was used to analyze qualitative research data. In the quantitative part, according to the research questions, exploratory factor analysis and sample t-test were used using Spss and Lisrel software. The results showed that the dimensions of educational status, determining priorities and meeting needs were introduced as the main dimensions of educational needs assessment in order to promote the entrepreneurial behavior of students. Also, in this research, the existing situation was also investigated and the results showed that the situation of the identified dimensions is favorable.
