General Attitude to the Investigate of Tectonics orTectonism in the World of Architecture (CaseStudy: From Fashion Design to Innovation Style)

The term tectonics or tectonics has received much attention in the last two decades.Communication and harmony is the main theme of structuralism and is a way tobalance the structural and poetic aspects of architecture. When the structuralconcept of the work takes an operational form through construction, the visualresult of this aspect of the overall concept of the work comes to the fore throughexpressive qualities that clearly deal with the play of forces, but this quality cannotbe described with the word "building" nor with the word "structure", because thesequalities express the relationship between form and force, in fact, the strength andbeauty factor will be created from the harmony of structure and architecture in anarchitectural work. Tectonics or tectonism in architecture is defined as "the scienceor art of construction, both in relation to use and artistic design." It refers not onlyto "the activity of materially building the required; a construction that responds tocertain needs, but also to the activity that enhances this structure into an artisticform." It deals with material modeling to bring material into presence: from thephysical world to the metaphysical world. In this article, the concept of tectonics ortectonism in architecture: from the design of clothing and jewelry models toinnovation in digital manufacturing as drivers of style, from engineering to styleand tectonic expression is discussed.
