Evaluation of effective indicators of medical tourism satisfaction by Kano method

This applied research tries to analyze the essential criteria of medical tourism in cities for the development of hospitals and to review and prioritize the crucial standards for hospitals for medical tourism to satisfy the beneficiaries in public hospitals in the future. However, after ۱۹۷۸, due to the geographical location, a significant expansion in the urban model, the construction of hospitals was limited to the central parts of cities and surrounding areas (Rezaei, ۲۰۲۱). They are not in good condition in terms of health facilities. Among the main criteria, ۲۶ criteria have been selected here in the electronic questionnaire using Google Form software. Send Google form to determine the practical factors in medical tourism for six senior technical experts and nine people. Then, the Kano technique assessed the importance of the criteria. Also, the present study has been able to determine and prioritize a list of criteria for allocating medical tourism. Lack of ۳ factors of medical services and facilities, the ethical culture of the people, and acceptance of common types of insurance in the country will cause the most dissatisfaction.
