Electrochemical efficiencies investigation of NiS/Ni3S4 nanocomposite as superior supercapacitor electrode abstract

In this study, we introduced the NiS/Ni3S4 nanocomposite as one of the promising electrodematerials for energy storage, which was prepared via a one-pot hydrothermal process. Thecharacteristics results of XRD, FESEM, and TEM techniques demonstrated that the NiS/Ni3S4nanocomposite was successfully prepared. The cv curves display a pair of redox peaks, the fastfaradaic reaction with high conductivity, and suggested good pseudocapacitive behavior. Also,the EIS parameters proved that the NiS/Ni3S4 nanocomposite is a good candidate forsupercapacitor applications.
