Abstract:

مقدمه: یکی از عوامل اساسی در تنظیم هیجان کودکان تحریک پذیر، شیوه والدگری مادران است که در خودکنترلی این کودکان تاثیر می گذارد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی والدگری مبتنی بر نظریه دلبستگی ویژه کودکان مبتلا به اختلال کژتنظیمی خلقی ایذایی (Disruptive mood dysregulation disorder یا DMDD) بود. روش ها: این مطالعه به روش تحلیل محتوای هدایت شده با نظام طبقه بندی قیاسی انجام شد و نمونه گیری هدفمند تا اشباع داده ها ادامه یافت. متون نوشتاری دلبستگی از نظر ویژگی های والدگری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابتدا مفاهیم مرتبط با والدگری شناسایی و سپس مفاهیم استخراج بر اساس مولفه های اصلی نظریه دلبستگی طبقه بندی گردید. در نهایت، اعتبار و پایایی الگوی والدگری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و به تایید رسید. یافته ها: در الگوی والدگری تحقیق حاضر، ماتریکس ترسیم شد و سپس طبقه بندی بر اساس دو سطح؛ سطح یک شامل مولفه های اصلی دلبستگی و سطح دو شامل ۷۱ کد بر اساس سطح یک انجام گرفت. بدین ترتیب، الگوی والدگری با شش مولفه اصلی «رفتاری، هیجانی، شناختی، روانی، جنبشی- لامسه و امنیت جسمانی» مورد توجه قرار گرفت. نتیجه گیری: از الگوی والدگری مطرح شده در پژوهش حاضر که شامل مولفه های رفتاری، هیجانی، شناختی، روانی، جنبشی- لامسه و امنیت جسمانی است، می توان در کنار سایر درمان های موجود برای کودکان مبتلا به DMDD استفاده نمود.
