Planning, managing and designing the camp for temporary accommodation after a possible earthquake(For Students of Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran)

The need for shelter after a disaster is the main challenge for governments, humanitarian organizations and more importantly for the affected people. The student dormitory of Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, located in Zone ۱, is at high risk of earthquakes. The current research focuses on the planning, management and design of the temporary accommodation camp as well as the design of a temporary shelter unit in the soccer field located in Shahid Beheshti University.Background and purpose: In this research, the main goal is to present the physical model of the temporary accommodation of Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran after a possible earthquake, considering the physical and non-physical conditions of region one and the existing infrastructure. In this regard, it is important to identify the required design indicators, such as attention to the climate, easy transportation, and privacy of people, and knowledge of industrial infrastructure and technical capabilities related to the construction of shelters should also be considered in this context. take As a result, the goal is practical.Findings: Based on the findings from library information, observations and interviews, possible risks of earthquakes in Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran were identified and predicted, and based on this, the disaster command system, transportation, health-welfare needs and temporary housing Designed for students on the college football field; There are also suggestions for disaster preparedness. Method: The descriptive-analytical research method is of a survey type, which has been used with qualitative interviews with experts and observation, examination of specialized documents, texts and written documents, and the use of reliable internet sources to understand the methods of building a temporary shelter unit.Conclusion: The results of the research will lead to the design of a temporary accommodation model, which is presented as a model. For the design of the temporary shelter unit, careful planning is needed so as not to disturb the peace and order of the camp, and for its administration, it is necessary to use the people living in the camp, in the form of the participation of the camp community, which in itself causes a faster return. People will be back to normal. It is also necessary to pay attention to economic, environmental issues, construction materials and techniques, structure, reusability, implementation and collection methods.
