Developing a Model of Natural Tooth Thermography: a 3D Finite Element Analysis abstract
Studying biomechanical behavior of natural tooth during hot liquidbeverage is of importance with respect of heat transfer. This investigation is focusedon transient temperature penetration analysis in natural tooth. Here, a proper threedimensionalFinite Element (FE) model was employed based on CAD designing withCATIA V5, tomographically. To gain realistic results, all the evaluations areperformed with numerical solver ADINA-T. The achieved results show that themaximum temperature at jaw bone-tooth interface does not exceed thresholdtemperatures associated with bone cell vitality and remodeling possibility.
