Abstract:

Introduction: Obesity has been recognized as one of the top ۱۰ health problems by the World Health Organization.In Iran, overweight and obesity are related to gender, so that women are more overweight than men, and it secretes peptides called adiponectin and pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-۱۰.In general, adipokines secreted from adipose tissue are involved in many metabolic activities such as appetite regulation, insulin sensitivity, energy expenditure, cardiovascular function and inflammation.Therefore, the imbalance in the production and secretion of these adipokines may cause the development of metabolic and vascular disorders caused by obesity. In this regard, the evidence shows that the preventive effect of exercise may be partly related to the anti-inflammatory effect of regular exercise, which reduces visceral fat tissue, or to the induction of an anti-inflammatory environment with each training session. Methodology: The present research is of semi-experimental type. Eligible people to enter the research according to the entry criteria (obese women with BMI above ۳۰, age range ۳۰-۴۵ years, no cardiovascular or joint involvement, history of hypoglycemia in the last two months, depression, and not doing regular aerobic activity ۳۰ volunteers were selected and after completing the consent form, they were randomly divided into ۲ aerobic exercise groups (۱۰ people) and control (۱۰ people). ۱۲ hours before the start of the exercises, the individual characteristics of the subjects and the research variables IL-۱۰ were measured.Then the subjects of the experimental group had their exercise program for ۸ weeks, ۳ sessions per week and each session was ۵۰-۶۰ minutes under the supervision of the researcher.Independent and dependent t-tests were used to analyze the data. Results: According to the lack of difference in the pre-test scores, it was found that the groups were the same. It was also found that ۸ weeks of aerobic training has a significant effect on the level of interleukin-۱۰ in obese women. Also, it was found that ۸ weeks of aerobic exercise has a significant effect on the level of interleukin-۱۰ in obese women. This result shows that Obesity is associated with increased inflammation and aerobic exercise can increase the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-۱۰. This finding of the current research indicates the effectiveness of aerobic exercise in regulating IL-۱۰ in obese women. Conclusion: According to the results of this research, it is suggested that obese women use aerobic exercises to reduce the negative effect of obesity.
