Abstract:
In this paper, an innovative stochastic method is proposed for optimal operation of a microgrid in case of load, market energy price and also renewable energy generation capacity uncertainties. The proposed model consists of two main phases. First ۲۰۰۰ scenarios are generated by roulette wheel mechanism and using the probability density functions (PDF) of each uncertainty sources and the most probable scenarios are selected using the scenario reduction process. Then, an Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization (APSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problem. The optimization results by the proposed APSO are compared with several meta heuristic algorithm in three sections. In the first section all the distribution generations (DGs) are in on mode and in the second section the DGs can select on/off mode. The third section is similar to previous section but the battery initial capacity is zero. The results proved that the proposed model has an acceptable performance under uncertainty conditions and also the APSO has better performance than other algorithms.
