Abstract:

زمینه و هدف: هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی و ارزیابی جامع مطالعات بین­ المللی در ارتباط با روش های تلقیح میکروبی و تحریک زیستی جهت آلودگی زدایی خاک های آلوده به ترکیبات نفتی است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مروری نظام­ مند در ماه آوریل سال ۲۰۲۲ میلادی انجام شد. بررسی مطالعه مروری نظام ­مند حاضر با پرداختن به دو سوال اصلی انجام گردید: ۱) آیا فرایند تحریک زیستی در پالایش زیستی خاک ­های آلوده به هیدروکربن های نفتی موثر است و ۲) آیا فرایند تلقیح زیستی در پالایش زیستی خاک­ های آلوده به هیدروکربن­ های نفتی موثر است؟ از پایگاه های جستجوی الکترونیکی استناد جهانی (PubMed،Web of Science  و Scopus) جهت شناسایی مطالعات مربوطه استفاده گردید. پس از بررسی جامع مطالعات، ۱۲۳ مطالعه سازگار با هدف مطالعه و نیز ارائه دهنده اطلاعات کمی در ارتباط با فرایندهای تحریک زیستی و تلقیح زیستی در زمینه پالایش زیستی خاک­ های آلوده به هیدروکربن ­های نفتی انتخاب شدند. یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که روش های تحریک زیستی با تغییرات عمیق در جوامع باکتریایی، آرکی­باکترها و قارچی خاک از نظر فعالیت، فراوانی و تنوع زیستی همراه است. به طور کلی، مواد مغذی و گیرنده­ های الکترون اضافه شده با تحریک زیستی، فعالیت میکروبی خاک را بهبود می­ بخشد، فراوانی باکتری­ ها و قارچ­ ها را افزایش می­ دهد و تکثیر انتخابی تخریب کننده ­های هیدروکربن­ های پلی آروماتیک ((PHC)Petroleum hydrocarbon ) باکتریایی، آرکی ­باکترها و قارچی را تسریع می­ کند. استفاده از فناوری تلقیح زیستی در محیط آلوده به هیدروکربن های نفتی تاثیر مثبتی بر خاک اصلاح شده نشان داده است. با این حال، انتخاب سویه­ های میکروبی مناسب برای دستیابی به هدف باید بسیار دقیق انجام شود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر که به تمامی جوانب زیست پالایی خاک های آلوده به ترکیبات نفتی پرداخته است نشان داد استفاده از روش های تحریک زیستی و تلقیح زیستی با در نظر گرفتن شرایط محلی می ­تواند اقدام کارآمد در زمینه پالایش خاک ­های آلوده به ترکیبات نفتی باشد.
