Abstract:
The Recognition of housing may be assumed as the first step taken toward suitable house where improvementof quality of social life and providing biological activities for family including collective and individualas well as preparation of services and facilities for well-being and health of family are considered as theparamount subjects, but analysis on housing needs and behaviors are deemed as important parameters in designof residential spaces which comprise of biological, economic and social requirements. With respect toincome level of relative class and their wishes, these needs will vary for different families, of course. Humanneeds to community and living with the people; therefore, it is better for us to try in design of housing proportionalto users’ needs thereby to strengthen social interactions and at the same time it should be tried toprotect from privacy to acquire more comfort for family members as well. We will try to enhance quality ofhousing and use the foresaid points for housing design in the current topic. Housing and types of housingpatterns will be recognized in this study. Then we analyze housing needs and identify zoning of spaces in ahouse that it includes. It will be discussed about feature of each of different house sites and variety of spatialpatterns is interpreted in the house. Finally, we concluded for housing design by comparison among traditionaland contemporary housing and methods for defining space to human’s presence and related activities.
