بررسی نظام ارزشی زنان شاغل

Introduction: This investigation designed to determine the value system ‎and the relation between their value system and employed years in women ‎that works in Sepah.Method: Six hundred and sixty two women that work in Sepah were ‎selected randomly from ten state of Iran. The Lotfabadi’s value system ‎Questionnaire were given to participants and asked them to complete them. ‎The data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics and variance ‎analyzes of two variables.Results: the preference sequence in values in this study was: religious ‎values, national values, social values, family values, scientific values, art ‎values personal values, diplomatic values globalization value. The results ‎demonstrate that the religious value is the higher value and the globalization ‎value is lower value than other values in this sample.Conclusion: In all age groups the religious value placed in top of values and ‎globalization placed in lower part of table. In married persons the family ‎values placed upper than unmarried persons.‎
