Abstract:

زمینه و هدف: داشتن اطلاعات اولیه در زمینه حشره شناسی قانونی بصورت منطقه ای حایز اهمیت فراوان است. با توجه به عدم مطالعات قبلی در این زمینه در شمال کشور این مطالعه با هدف بررسی حشرات جلب شونده به لاشه خرگوش به عنوان یک مدل حیوانی در شهرستان بابل انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه در سه منطقه شهری، نیمه شهری و روستایی، در دو فصل تابستان و پاییز سال ۱۳۹۳ صورت گرفت. جمع آوری نمونه ها از تله های شونلی روزی یکبار تا پایان بقایای لاشه خرگوش انجام می شد. نتایج: در این مطالعه تعداد ۱۹۷۸ مگس بالغ از ۱۷ گونه صید شدند. مهمترین خانواده های مگس ها عبارت بودند از: کالیفوریده، سارکوفاژیده، موسیده و فانییده. در مجموع دو مرحله نمونه برداری، خانواده های موسیده و فوریده به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تعداد را داشتند. خانواده های دارای اهمیت کم از نظر حشره شناسی قانونی نظیر آنتومییده، سپسیده، فوریده و استراتومییده با تعداد کم صید شدند. گونه ساکوفاگا ملانورا برای اولین بار برای فون حشرات ایران معرفی شد. نتیجه گیری: شناسایی گونه های مختلف مگس ها و سایر بندپایان در مناطق شمال کشور از نتایج بسیار مهم این تحقیق بوده است که می تواند در شناسایی مکان و زمان مرگ کمک شایانی در پزشکی قانونی نماید. از دیگر مزایای این مطالعه تفکیک اطلاعات گونه ها در زیست بوم های مختلف است که به دلیل اهمیت فوق العاده حیاتی این اطلاعات در مباحث بررسی های حشره شناسی قانونی، می توان به عنوان اطلاعات پایه از آن بهره گرفت.
