New Opportunities in Marketing Using Internet of Things (IoT) in Iranian Businesses abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a rapidly evolving technology that is reshaping the way businesses operate and interact with customers. In Iranian businesses, IoT technology is presenting new and exciting opportunities for marketing. This paper aims to explore the potential of IoT in marketing and the benefits it can bring to Iranian businesses (Khosrowjerdi, 2021; Agrawal & Kansal, 2016; Chui et al., 2018; Lee & Lee, 2015; Sheth & Sharma, 2017).The paper begins by providing an overview of the IoT technology and its impact on the business world. It then delves into the use of IoT in marketing, highlighting the key opportunities it presents to Iranian businesses (Kotler et al., 2016; Chui et al., 2018; Lee & Lee, 2015; Sheth & Sharma, 2017). These opportunities include enhanced customer experience, improved customer engagement, and targeted advertising. The paper also discusses the challenges of implementing IoT in marketing and provides solutions to overcome them (Gubbi et al., 2013; Bandyopadhyay & Sen, 2011).The paper provides an overview of the IoT technology and its impact on the business world, including its use in marketing and the key opportunities it presents to Iranian businesses (Kotler et al., 2016; Chui et al., 2018; Lee & Lee, 2015; Sheth & Sharma, 2017). The paper also discusses the challenges of implementing IoT in marketing and provides solutions to overcome them (Gubbi et al., 2013; Bandyopadhyay & Sen, 2011). To support the findings of the paper, a series of case studies are presented, showcasing how Iranian businesses are leveraging IoT to enhance their marketing efforts (Lu et al., 2014; Wang et al., 2016). The paper concludes that IoT has the potential to transform marketing in Iranian businesses by providing new and innovative ways to connect with customers (Atzori et al., 2014; Gubbi et al., 2013)
