Abstract:
morphine (MO) is one of the most widely used drugs in the world, and its timely and accurate identification is of particular importance[۱]. This study presents a new and simple colorimetric method for sensitive and visual detection of MO in urine using silver nanoparticles[۲]. The structure and properties of nanosensors were investigated using XRD, UV-VIS, TEM analyzes[۳] [۴]. To the best of our knowledge, this is the higher the concentration of the drug caused more discoloration[۵].The bonding interactions between the nanosensor and MO cause AgNPs to accumulate [۶], resulting in a color change from yellow to smoky, which can be detected by the naked eye [۷]. To evaluate the LOD level and quantitative measurement of MO, different concentrations of MO were prepared and analyzed with a synthesized nanosensor [۸] [۹].
