One‐pot, four-component domino synthesis of bisbenzo[c]pyrano[۳,۲-a]phenazine derivatives using new complex of ۲-amino-۱H-purin-۶(۹H)-one supported into MCM-۴۱ mesoporous

A new one-pot, two-step, four-component synthesis of bis-benzo[c]pyrano[۳,۲-a]phenazine derivatives were carried out by reaction of ۲-hydroxy-۱,۴-naphthoquinone, benzene-۱,۲-diamine, carbonyl compounds and alkylmalonates using new cupper (II) ions complex ofguanine (۲-amino-۱H-purin-۶(۹H)-one) supported into MCM-۴۱ (Cu-guanine-MCM-۴۱)channels as efficient and heterogeneous catalyst in PEG. The desire products were obtained ingood to excellent yields. The prepared catalyst can be reused for several times without anysignificant loss of its catalytic activity.
