Study of Lactic acid bacteria on growth performance and some of immunity indices in stellate Sturgeon farmed

Probiotics are live and useful food supplements whose effectiveness has been proven in the body of animals, including humans and farmed species. In this study, a combination of probiotic bacteria species, Lactobacillus curvatus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus sakei specific to stellate Sturgeon, were used in equal proportions in the food consumed by Acipenser stellatus. In order to evaluate the effect of specific probiotics, ۱۴۴ farmed acipenser stellatus with an average weight of ۶۴.۹۴±۰.۲۲ gr, with amounts of ۱۵۰, ۰, ۳۰۰ and ۴۵۰ mg of specific probiotics (per kilogram of feed) were fed for eight weeks in ۱۲ fiberglass tanks of ۵۰۰ liters (۱۲ Acipenser stellatus in each tank). The results showed a significant improvement in lysozyme and ACH۵۰ activity indices of fish fed with specific probiotic compared to the control group. The best results from the analysis of factors were observed in the treatment fed with a diet containing ۳x۱۰۷ bacterial cells. According to this research, it can be acknowledged that the use of specific probiotics in the feed used for this fish can have a positive effect on the profitability of breeders, disease prevention, and as a result, the aquaculture of Acipenser stellatus in the country.
