Abstract:

In this article, the author analyses how the tourism industry can improve customer experiencethrough AI-powered personalization. It first discusses the current state of personalization in tourismindustry following by presenting its effects on accommodation, transportation, activities andshortcomings exist in personalization process. Then mention that how personalizing experiencehas changed during the time. Then, explore the use of AI technologies in personalization anddiscuss the advantages and obstacles created.Then article analayse the benefits and challenges inAI and tourism industry. The article also includes real-life examples and case studies of successfulAI-powered personalization strategies in tourism and by analyzing the facts, businesses andorganizations can understand the key trends and patterns in AI adoption and implementation,identify successful strategies and best practices, and uncover potential challenges andopportunities. Lastly, the author provides suggestions for future research and analyses the potentialimpact of AI-powered personalization on the industry.
