Abstract:
Digital transformation has a notable impact on the commercialization of product selling companies. In orderto remain competitive in the business landscape, companies and stakeholders across various industries aredistancing themselves from conventional systems and shifting towards online platforms. Digitaltechnologies empower product selling companies and industry participants to create novel products andservices, establish fresh stakeholder relationships, provide opportunities for innovation in their businessmodels, and reshape industry boundaries. This research aims to address the question of how product sellingcompanies utilize digital technologies to generate value. Through qualitative analysis, we ultimatelyprovide an answer to this question.
